I’m hosting a special Winter Solstice Preparation Ceremony on
Sunday December 14th from 10:30AM–12:30ish, and I would love for you to join me!Hosted at My home and space AKA Aquarian Gardens (342 Henry Road Sylva, NC)
This experience is designed to help your body, mind, and energy prepare for the Solstice through practices that support cultivating your own light, releasing, and designing an inner space where we want to be! We’ll explore:

Shamanic Breathwork
To awaken life-force energy, clear stagnation, and reconnect you to your inner fire.
Fear + Winter Workshop
A gentle look at how fear shows up during the darker months—through the body, nervous system, and spirit. Together we’ll work to transform it into clarity and trust.
Gong/Sound Bath
A deep vibrational reset to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and create spaciousness for new insights.
And MORE (probably a warm beverage or 2) to help you enter winter feeling aligned and supported!
