The Winter Solstice is a beautiful time to turn inward, honor the darkness, and welcome the return of the light — and I’d love for you to join me for this month’s Intermediate Practice.
This special class will focus on Sun Salutations to build heat, strength, and clarity as we move into the new season. We won’t be doing 108, but we will be flowing through plenty — so this one isn’t beginner-friendly.
We’ll start with a generous warm-up, move into our strong solar flow, then melt into deep hip openers and a long, restful savasana.
