On the still, sacred night of the Winter Solstice, you’re invited to gather by the ocean for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, sound, and stillness.
As the year’s longest night wraps the world in darkness, we’ll soften into stillness together, allowing the rhythmic breath of the waves and harmonious rhythms t relax your nervous system.
You’ll be gently led through a yoga nidra (guided sleep meditation) — a journey into deep relaxation
Then enjoy crystalline sound vibrations that infuse through your body and energy field.
Surrounded by starlight and sea air, the sound bath will help dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and open the heart, creating space for restoration, insight, and renewal.
This is a seasonal pause, a moment to honor all that has been and to tenderly plant intentions for the light returning and the coming year.
Enjoy crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes, soft handpan drum rhythms, and ethereal vocals, all flowing in harmony with the solstice energy.
