Winter Solstice Sunrise on the Northwest ArmThis is a classic event for photographers when the sunrise aligns with the Northwest Arm. The sun rises at 7:48 am but the sky starts to get interesting before sunrise.
We will meet at Horshoe Island Park just off Quinpool Rd.
If the weather is bad you can still get that shot 2-3 days before or after the winter solstice.
