Vicky has been practising yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over 4 years with Yoga Alliance Certification. She helps women with perimenopause, anxiety, pain, ME, autoimmune system issues & trauma to feel better. She is neurodivergent and a former science teacher with a first degree in psychology and biology. She is a Kundalini Reiki Master Healer and Quantum Coach.
Her main focus as a trauma informed transformational quantum coach, energy healer, somatics and yoga therapist is to empower and support others with their journey into everlasting authenticity and healing after DV, CPTSD or a life time of autoimmune system problems and diseases.
