Join me at this very special event! We will celebrate the winter solstice, in a sacred candlelit space, to pause like the sun and connect with our inner warmth and light. A restorative evening of meditation and relaxation!
A 2 hour session of deep relaxation, held in the stunning Thames Room at the River & Rowing Museum, Henley on Thames.
The session will start with some gentle stretches to warm the body and enable you to be comfortable for meditation. I will guide you through pranayama (breathing techniques) and a simple meditation. You will then settle down and get comfortable with blankets, and listen to a guided relaxation, followed by soothing sounds of the gongs, rainstick, Koshi chimes and singing bowls.
The evening will finish with herbal tea and homemade chocolates.
This event is welcoming to all - including those who are completely new to meditation & sound baths. There is plenty of free parking at the museum.
This session is not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or those who have recently had a hip / joint operation or metal implants. If you have a pacemaker you will need permission from your doctor.
