Winter Solstice falls on the 21st December each year, and marks the day that the sun lights up the Northern Hemisphere for the shortest amount of time.
It symbolically marks the death and rebirth of the sun, and is a powerful time to go inwards and honour ourselves, our journeys and the light and shadow parts of us that have been our teachers and our guides throughout the year.
During this ceremony, we'll be working with the potent energy portal that the Winter Solstice provides, inviting the light back in, setting our intentions for the year ahead & pouring love into our souls 💜
We will begin with a guided grounding meditation and breath work, followed by a heart opening cacao ceremony, connecting into our bodies and nourishing our souls with embodied movement, and clearing our energy bodies and fields with sacred sound healing and reiki energy healing.
You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded and embodied and connected to your authentic self.

Bella is a reiki master teacher, sound healer, yin yoga, embodied movement and breath work teacher and the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody light, and to step into your power.
Born into a lineage of healers, Bella’s experiences of energy began at a very young age, initially expressing itself through clairvoyance and healing touch.
Combining crystalline sound, reiki, breath work and embodied movement during her sessions, Bella creates a nurturing and safe space where you will be deeply held and supported to enable deep healing, connecting you to your body and your needs, bringing you back into harmony, back home to yourself.
