Lisa & Brian invite you to the Maitri Studio Belfast for a special journey into sound and vibration.Using giant gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, rattles and a variety of world instruments we produce evocative soundscapes which encourage deep relaxation and meditation whilst restoring positive energy balance for the body, mind & soul.There are no mats & blankets at this venue, so please bring everything you need to lie comfortably on the floor for an hour. Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, some people like to get extra cosy in sleeping bags, and please bring a bottle of water to drink.
Doors open at 7.30pm to allow everyone to settle in. The outer door will be locked from 735pm onwards and there will be no admittance for latecomers so please arrive on time, thanks xEnergy exchange £25.
