Winter Solstice Harmonising Gong Bath
We will gather together for an immersive experience of sound and silence, darkness and light, stillness and movement at the winter solstice Gong Bath.

The Winter Solstice is a time when the sun stands still, marking the darkest day of the year, just before the pendulum swings the other way and the days begin to lengthen, as the light overcomes the dark.
This is a potent time to drop into stillness and delve deep within, taking a moment for pause and introspection before we shift into a new phase.
Just like the seed needs the darkness of the soil to germinate, we too must utilise the depth and stillness found in the darkest day for our own chrysalis before the rebirth.
It is not something to fear or escape - this is where all creation begins.
Let’s utilise this time to connect deeper into our heartspace and birth the new from a heart-centred place.
You will first be guided through some gentle breathwork, movement and candle-gazing. Then we will delve into the darkness and harmonise with the sound of the gong for a deep meditative experience.
Our offerings are suitable for beginners, but do feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
- Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
- Please bring anything else to make you feel comfortable, blankets, pillows, etc.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and lots of layers.
