12pm Pressed Botanical Art in Floating Glass Frames—designed to catch the returning light of the winter season. $45
Lead by Alessandra from Living Art Workshops
This experience is gentle, grounded, and beginner-friendly. Many of the flowers you'll work with were grown and harvested right here on Yarrow in Bloom’s urban farm and preserved through summer and fall, holding a bit of sunlight in their petals.
You’ll craft a floating-frame arrangement using pressed flowers, leaves, and botanicals chosen for their color, translucence, and seasonal symbolism. Hang your frame in a window to welcome winter light, or display it as part of your seasonal decor or altar.
4pm Citrus Garland making $45
*Part 2 of our garland series*
The bright color and fragrance of Citrus, Winter Greens, Rose Hips and more, help to keep your spirits high during the darkest and coldest months of the year.
This is a spiritual workshop. We will touch on the significance of each element for your garland as well as have a fire ceremony at the end. Be sure to bring your garland to burn from the last workshop to banish any unwanted energy it stored up for you.
Pre-registration is required.
