About this Event

Take time out this holiday season to rejuvinate and celebrate the Winter Solstice by joining this guided forest therapy session. Keeping to Winter Solstice traditions will set intentions for the year ahead, let go of what no longer serves us and engage in mindful forest therapy invitations.

Please note - you will need to bring your own camping chair to this event.

Tickets are by donation - please consider donating £10 if you can but everyone is welcome.
