GROUP FOREST BATHING SESSION
Join us for this 90 minute forest bathing session.
Boost your wellness as you plug into the evidence-based benefits of nature using forest bathing. Forest bathing or Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese scientifically proven wellness practice from the 1980’s.
Anne will facilitate a gentle 1-2 km outdoor walk infused with mindfulness and sensory awareness activities to deepen connections to yourself nature and others.
