Join me in frame drumming to celebrate the Winter Solstice. A special time to pause, step away from the busyness of life & allow precious time for reflection & setting intentions for the year ahead. I will lead you in a range of exercises that will uplift your spirits & connect you to the earthy medicine of the drum. Drumming can be a lovely way to let go of stress & bring our mind & body back into alignment.
No prior experience necessary - absolute beginners welcome - Drums provided
IMPORTANT - this event is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), 1st trimester of pregnancy & severe mental health conditions. Age restricted to 16 years plus
