Join us to honor the Winter Solstice through intention-setting, gentle movement, sound healing, and guided journaling. Connect with like-minded souls, enjoy nourishing refreshments, and embrace the energy of the year's longest night as we set the tone for brighter days ahead.
10 am - Opening circle & intention setting
10:30 am - Yoga with Mayra
11:15 am - Four practitioner Sound Bath with Kay, Rosio, Marivel, and Val
12 pm - Glow hour (Enjoy a protein shake by Kristina from Bliss Blendz, socialize,
unwind, book a one on one, etc...)
1:15 pm - Breathwork with Marivel
2:00 pm - Journaling & closing circle
2:30 pm - Winter Herbs Teachings and sampling with Sabrina, The Green Alchemist.
We will also be providing snacks at this time.
