As we approach Winter Solstice, join Diana and Rebecca for a magical Crystal Bowl and Gong Bath. Lie back on your yoga mat or provided zero gravity chair, snuggled under your favorite blanket and experience a deeply relaxing sound journey to the sound of mesmerizing Crystal Bowls and magical Gongs. Set intention and welcome the light into your heart at this special Winter Solstice Event.
BYOB a spirited drink, delicious hot tea, hot chocolate and charcuterie board will be available for all at the end of the Sound Bath.
The session will begin with a tuning fork attunement before lying back to a deeply relaxing cosmic Sound Bath. Let the sounds of the Bowls and Gongs wash over your body and mind. Along with the sound of powerful Crustal Bowls and Gongs, Diana will use a various array of beautiful instruments which may include Koshi Chimes, Chime Bar, Rain Stick, Ocean Drum, Thunder Drum, Pyramid and Practitioners Bowl.
Get ready for a blissful and magical journey.You can bring something to lie on (yoga mat or sleeping bag), a cozy blanket for warmth and comfort. Zero gravity chairs will be provided. Gift bag will be included which will include an eye mask, earplugs and cozy socks. You may like to bring a bottle of water. Please wear comfortable clothing to the session. You will be invited to remove your shoes.
Beginners welcome as no experience is needed! Session limited to 20 participants. Registration is non-refundable but may be transferred to another person by contacting [email protected]!
