Join us for a warm and cosy Winter Solstice celebration, complete with a mini wreath-making workshop. Enjoy an evening of creativity, reflection, and community to refresh your spirit and reset your mind as we move into the heart of winter with renewed energy and clarity.
You’ll be guided through grounding practices before settling into a beautiful hands-on workshop where we’ll create mini decorative wreaths — symbolising the quiet magic of winter.
The evening includes:
• Guided meditation
• Gentle grounding movement
• Journaling & intention-setting
• Optional sharing
• Mini decorative wreath-making
• Herbal teas & nourishing snacks
All materials are included. Please bring a journal and pen if you have them, and wear comfy clothing that allows you to sit and move with ease. We encourage you to remove your shoes as you enter the space and get cosy.
