Together with Sveta Cosmos Conscious Healing, we are excited to offer an evening of reflecting, releasing, moving, breathing, creating, affirming and celebrating. This magical event will include: ▫️ grounding, centring & creating a safe and welcoming space to release, move & manifest;
▫️ a letting go water ritual;
▫️ somatic releasing exercises to help the body let go;
▫️ reflection, journalling and intention setting;
▫️a sweet and gentle blended yoga practice;
▫️deeply relaxing sound bath experience let by Sveta
Cost is $55, with the early bird rate of $45 payable before December 12th, 2024. Hot tea and snacks will be served after our practice. Space is limited. Please bring your:
✨yoga mat,
✨water,
✨a drinking mug
✨writing journal and a pen,
✨a blanket and any other items you need to create comfort for yourself
