We will start off our session with a candle ceremony & ritual surrounding the Winter Solstice. Once that is finished, I will then guide you through the Sound Bath Meditation giving you a soft peaceful experience which will resonate into your new year.
Traditionally, the Winter Solstice is viewed as a liminal space—a pause between old and new—where people consciously release what is complete and welcome new intentions, habits, and visions for the coming year. It’s a time to make peace with one’s own “darkness” (grief, fear, uncertainty) while trusting your inner light and wisdom are still present and will grow & flourish over time.
The winter solstice is the deepest point of darkness that also marks the rebirth of light, making it a powerful time for rest, reflection, release, and setting intentions for new beginnings. It symbolizes inner transformation, hope, and renewal as the sun’s light slowly returns.
