Join us for HANU’s first Winter Solstice Ceremony led by Alexandra Sheth.

The change of seasons is marked by a traditional practice of 108-Sun Salutations.

Alexandra and yogis all over the world practice this tradition 4-times a year with each turn of the season. From an individual practice to a communal ceremony, join HANU this December 21st as we step into a powerful Winter Solstice Ceremony.

Together we will join for 108-Sun Salutations, 108-Oms, and a Closing Flower Mandala.

Beginner’s to advanced practitioners encouraged.
