Immerse yourself in a glorious sound bath and slow yoga practice to honour the depth or our winter and celebrate the slow return to light.At this time of year do you find yourself between excited for Christmas and overwhelmed by all you have to do! Do you start running on the festive treadmill in November and finally fall off it after Christmas day.
This is often the reality and no matter how much you enjoy the festive season, somewhere a part of you is screaming out for some down time.
Join us Friday 19th December @ 7pm for 2 hours of deep relaxation and rest. This beautifully curated evening gives you the space and time for your body and mind to recalibrate so that you feel energised and ready to spend time with your family and friends.
You will be led through a series of Yin and Restorative yoga postures, accompanied by a sound bath. Feel a wave of wellbeing wash over you as you melt into your experience.
Once the sound bath stills you'll move seamlessly into a Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra meditation. This is your opportunity to connect deeply with yourself, pause at this darkest time of the year to reflect on what has been, take stock and give thanks and look forward to what you want to take into the new year and back into the light.
