Winter Solstice Celebration - Saturday Yoga and Gong!The winter Solstice traditionally celebrates the longest night and the shortest day. It is on this day that we focus on moving towards the light as the days become longer and we can look forward to the spring.
In celebration of this, I will be holding a special yoga and gong bath event that will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of the gongs.
I would love it if you would help me to celebrate with this 90 minutes event.
Yoga 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 2.45pm - 3.30pm
* Yoga to inspire an opening towards the future and towards your personal growth and light
* Sound helps you to relax, completely!
* Allow the world to melt away as you surround yourself with the healing vibrations of the Gongs and Singing Bowls.
* Enjoy a long lasting relaxation that will stay with you throughout the day and beyond.
* Please bring a blanket, a pillow and something warm to lie on.
Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!
Sound healing works holistically by helping to bring back a state of natural balance to the body, as vibrations of sound pass through the body on a cellular level, the body begins to heal itself.
