Join us for nature, community, and crafts as we prepare for the longest night of the year! Bring your family and friends to enjoy a guided walk through Blandford’s moonlit trails, then head into the Star Schoolhouse for a cozy evening of traditional solstice crafts over a cup of cocoa or tea. You’ll take home star ornaments, popcorn and cranberry garlands, and paper luminaries to light your dark winter evenings.Cost:
Non-Member Adult or Child: $15
Member Adult or Child (20% discount): $12
This program is recommended for adults and children ages 5 and up. Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity. Online registration closes at noon on the day of the program. If the program sells out, you may complete your online registration to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if spots become available.
Note: This program will take place both indoors and outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the case of severe weather, the program may be moved entirely indoors or we may cancel it, and you will be notified of your refund options.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled program are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration cost, not including the credit card processing fee. Due to administration costs, full refunds are not available. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of a program are not eligible for a refund. In the event that Blandford must cancel the program, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. All community programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
