About this Event
In this experience, you will be guided through a powerful breath known as pranayama to cleanse your body and mind. From here, you will then be guided into a beautiful meditation that physically and metaphorically welcomes the “rebirth” of the sun from the longest night of the year. This meditation allows you to acknowledge what you have learned by moving through the longest night of the year, again physically and metaphorically, so that you can then come out on the other side renewed, refreshed, and ready to welcome back the light into every part of your life.
This will be a celebration just as much as it is a ceremony of your life up until this point, where the light of the sun is at its shortest and the depth of night is at its longest. To follow this meditation, you will be bathed in sacred sound designed to align the body, mind, heart, and spirit to the highest frequency possible, again welcoming the light into all areas of your life.
After the meditation and sound healing, you will be given a few solstice-infused items to take home with you from the medicine wheel present within the space. With these items, you will be guided on how to do your own personal ceremony at home on December 21st.
