Winter Solstice, celebrate the light manifestation soundbath

Come and join us for the winter solstice and last soundbath of the year.
The solstice is often said to be a time of new beginnings; with the changing of the seasons, we say goodbye to a long, stagnant period of self-reflection and welcome the fiery energy of the sun to propel us forward. This very physical changing of the seasons is a powerful time to manifest spiritual transformations.
Join us for a re-set evening candlelit soundbath meditation.
Feeling frazzled? Release stress, create life direction, aid deep relaxation and feel fabulously chilled afterwards. Booking essential as spaces are limited 🙏🏼💕
🙏🏼✨ a super gentle manifestation soundbath with a celebration of the return to the light as the shortest day has passed. Enjoying soft tones to soothe the nervous system in preparation for the hectic festive season.
What are Soundbaths? Using the ancient magic that is sound healing, we use a variety of sound instruments such as quartz crystal bowls, brass Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes & tuning forks to expose the body to these energetic frequencies which will re-set the body energetically, promote cellular healing, activate the pineal gland and create deep relaxation throughout.
Who is running my event? Let me introduce myself đź’• I am Nicola Beattie, a long term hypnotherapist with a passion for all things spiritual and of course the power which is sound healing.
In my private practice I specialise in working with anxiety, trauma and addictions and I find my soundbaths are an excellent addition to the 1:1 work that I do throughout the week.
Sound healing is excellent for promoting great physical and mental health as well as aiding vibrational healing which has many benefits on the human body, mind and soul. You can find more about me at https://nbeattiehypnotherapy.co.uk ✨🤍
What do I wear? No water involved (!) you simply wear comfy clothes and lie on a mat while cocooned under a blanket for your 60 minute sound journey session.
What do I bring? MATS ARE PROVIDED💕 Wear warm comfy clothes, bring any additional mats, pillows and blanket or any additional pillows if you’d like to bring your own from home :)
Are they all the same? No each Soundbath has a different theme or intention depending on the lunar cycle, season or frequency we are focusing on. The guided hypnosis meditations will differ and bring your focus and healing to new areas.
What is a cacao ceremony? On some Soundbath’s (usually full moon ones) we will open with a cacao ceremony which is a wonderful start to your SoundBath meditation. We begin by drinking a small cup of (vegan) ceremonial cacao which is infused with love, blessings and abundance is a beautiful start to our group session.
What if I fall asleep? That’s absolutely fine- your body will fully enjoy the benefits of the sound healing frequencies regardless if you fall asleep. (I will gently wake you up at the end if that is the case!)
Am I ok to drive afterwards? Yes you will be deliciously refreshed and fine to drive home afterwards. Be sure to drink more fluids than usual afterwards to flush through the body.
Is there anyone who can’t come to a sound bath? Soundbath’s are not suitable for anyone currently pregnant, or who have a heart pacemaker.
Sound healing and cancer. Sound healing for people with cancer can be a controversial topic (there is conflicting evidence around using sound therapy for people with cancer. In order to attend I ask that you to do your own research into sound healing with cancer and participate with the agreement of your GP or physician). *By choosing to attend a soundbath all participation is entirely at the attendees own risk.

Do I need to do anything? Nope! The beauty of soundbath is that you don’t need to be a pro at meditation to benefit. Just chill and relax. If you can’t relax your brain then the frequencies will do that for you! Bring yourself, a mat, pillow and a blanket :)
What if I can’t attend? My soundbaths are intimate affairs and I don’t have the capacity to refund or transfer your ticket if the event is less than 5 days away. Where possible I will always help and move your ticket but this isn’t always possible due to the small group size.
What time should I arrive? To avoid rushing, feel free to arrive from 7.30pm and get comfy before we begin. We will finish by spending some time in silence before I gently awaken you by offering dark chocolate to help ground you. You are invited to share your experiences afterwards if you so choose to.
I look forward to welcoming you,
Nicola ✨🤍**
