Join me in a candlelit 5Rhythms® class to honour the darkest days of the year, and dance with a quieter expression. Honouring this time of year as an opportunity to resource ourselves. The darkness invites us to go within, to slow down, to dream, to rest, and to be still.
This class is a fundraiser for the Sunshine Coast Food Bank, and class entry will be by donation. I will then donate 100% of the proceeds to the Sunshine Coast Food Bank. Additionally, I will have a box out to collect non-perishable food items for the Food Bank.
Class is at Granthams Hall, from 7:00 - 8:30pm. Please carpool whenever possible, and refrain from parking on Elphinstone Rd.
You are invited to wear all black to honour the darkness.
