Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Sacred Phoenix Sisterhood Circle for the most healing dance party you’ll ever experience💃✨ Before we dance, we will open with a candle ceremony to set our intentions for the new year🕯️🧘♀️Ecstatic dance is a form of movement meditation, similar to tai chi and yoga but without the choreography. Through breath work, guided meditation, and somatic movement, we will release what no longer serves us, we will connect to Mother Earth, we will connect to a beautiful, growing community of spiritual women, and we will bring balance into our lives.🌀Following the dance circle, we will have an afterparty with light refreshments, please feel free to bring a snack to share!🧁
👯♀️This is a girls night activity, so leave the men at home and experience the beauty of sisterhood as we celebrate each other and dance freely and safely (with ribbon wands!) 🪩 Bring a friend, or come solo and meet new friends! 💕Wear comfy clothes and shoes you feel comfortable dancing in. No prior dance experience required💃
