WINTER SOLSTICE Cacao + Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh Sacred Sound Ceremony

In celebration of the Winter Solstice and the holiday season, let's gather together, to elevate our spirit in the dark days of Winter and seed our visions in the darkness as we dream them into existence with the return of the light.

In this ceremonial Sound Journey we will warm up into the Winter Solstice energies with the Christmas scents of a cup of mulled ceremonial grade Cacao enriched with pure Gold, fumigating with Myrrh Sacred Smoke and anointing with divine Frankincense.

Drawing from the ancient Mayan wisdom teachings & the Egyptian Mystery School and Temple Tradition, Veronica Nilah invites you in a sacred & safe space where you can experience these sacred plant medicines with intention and contemplation, as she assists you in your meditation journey with Shamanic & Sacred Sounds.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE CEREMONY:

· CLEARING - SMUDGING WITH MYRRH AND OPENING SACRED SPACE

One of the famous gifts of the Three Magi, Yemeni Myrrh will be burned to smudge ourselves and cleanse our energy field, to set a sacred space and a peaceful mind.

· ANOINTING WITH FRANKINCENSE

Frankincense, the Sacred Anointing Oil of crystallised sun energy, is conducive to a meditative and divine state. The precious Omani Boswellia sacra Frankincense we’ll use was considered as valuable as gold and was the variety gifted by the Magi from the East.

· DRINKING AND COMMUNING WITH A DELICIOUS SPICED “MULLED CACAO” ENRICHED WITH PURE GOLD.

We will warm up into the Winter Solstice energies with the Christmas scents of a cup of mulled ceremonial Cacao, enriched with pure 24ct colloidal gold. When you receive your cup of ceremonial Cacao and Gold, you will be invited to quietly tune into yourself and set an intention which will be imbued in your drink before you consume it with deep reverence. Veronica Nilah will encourage you to pay attention to what is happening for you and remain present while you will be journeying with Sacred Sound.

Gold's powerful healing properties have been well known since ancient times. In Egypt it was recognised medicinally and for mental, physical and spiritual purification. It was considered the elixir of life, able to rejuvenate the cells in our body. Radiating light like the sun, it was symbolic of the glory of the sun Ra. Symbol of higher Wisdom and Truth, Gold, was associated with the eternal powers of the divine.

It is recommended that you don’t eat or keep a light diet before the ceremony.

Please keep from consuming alcohol on the day and night of the ceremony.

Please note that certain medications such as some SSRI and MAO inhibitor antidepressants do not mix well with cacao due to its naturally occurring active compounds. You may want to have a smaller dose, please let me know.

If you have high blood pressureor a heart condition, please be aware that the active ingredient theobromine increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure.

To be in the safe side it's better not to attend in the first trimenster of pregnancy.
