It's the longest night of the year! This is a long-time yoga tradition held on the Winter Solstice. Many people have 108 Sun Salutations on their bucket list! Come and give it a try! Feel free to sit some out when you need to rest. Challenge yourself, get lost in the breath, celebrate the longest night of the year at Happy Hour. This class will take more than an hour, so we can take our time and move mindfully through the flow.

It's the longest night of the year! Let's celebrate with some silence. We'll move through a restorative yoga class and use mantras to give you focus and inspiration. These mantras are designed to bring you more peace and a new perspective. Let go of the past, let go of regret and shame, be grateful for the lessons and changes in your life, and to move forward with a positive and open mind. It will be a wonderful evening.
