About this Event
Winter Solstice & New Moon Sound Bath
Prepare for the shortest day and longest night of the year.
On Sunday 21st December, we have the Winter Solstice and New Moon. We are in winter.
Winter calls us to slow down, rest, go within and reflect on all we have experienced and learned over the past year. As nature is in stillness, we are also called to be still.
With the moon waning to full darkness, it is a time to release all we no longer want to carry with us and start to consider the intentions we want to set as the moon turns new.
The winter solstice is a time to welcome back in the light and for personal renewal.
This is a powerful time to align your energy with the cycles of nature and the moon.
However, with the festive season in full swing, we can find ourselves pulled into the chaos of Christmas and our energy levels depleted.
Gift yourself this time to rest with:
An oracle card draw to assist with intention setting
A Winter Solstice guided meditation to help calm your mind and prepare you for the season ahead
Relaxation with the transformational healing vibrations of the gong, Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls
Bring a mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to help you get cosy and comfortable. Then allow yourself to receive the restorative energies of the sound bath.
I look forward to seeing you x
