You’ll be invited into the heart of winter
the place where your next becoming rests quietly
held, nourished, and forming in the dark.
From this softened place, you will be immersed in a nourishing sound journey with bowls, chimes, and tones that help the body release, unwind, and reconnect with its own quiet wisdom.
We will honour this seasonal threshold through meaningful ritual
a tender moment of release
a moment of joy
and the creation of your own Yule Intention Ball.
This symbolic ornament will hold what you are choosing to carry forward as the light begins to return.
Throughout the evening you will be guided with gentleness and care, welcomed and witnessed in a space created for softness, reflection, and renewal.
