The Winter Solstice is a sacred time when we celebrate the return of the light during the dark womb of the winter. It is an especially potent time to consciously align, harmonize, and balance your body/mind/spirit with the earth and cosmos.
FEE: SUGGESTED DONATION of $20 (cash or check).
All proceeds will be donated to the Oxford Food Pantry.
We offer offer these events regularly at each Solstice and Equinox for all participants' well-being and to raise funds for local charities.
If you wish to recline bring a mat/blanket/pillow, otherwise we encourage sitting upright in the chairs provided to stay conscious while listening to the meditative sounds.

Susannah Furr, M.Ed., is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 30+ years’ experience in the healing arts. She manages Oxford Healing Arts, a counseling/healing practice in Oxford, MS with services including: counseling sessions, intuitive consultations, meditation training, private sound healing sessions with singing bowls, and teaching classes/workshops/retreats. Susannah combines her grounded presence as an officiant of sacred ceremonies with her bachelor’s degree in music to bring her audience in alignment with their authentic selves.
