This winter pool workshop is designed for all divers who want to refine buoyancy, trim, and breathing control in a relaxed, supportive environment.
What we’ll focus on:
✔ Proper weighting & trim
✔ Stable hovering and breathing control
✔ Buoyancy while performing basic skills
✔ Cold-water–relevant techniques
Why pool practice matters:
Cold vs. warm water, thicker vs. thinner exposure protection, and steel vs. aluminum tanks change how you dive. Pool sessions let you slow things down, make small adjustments, and build muscle memory—without pressure.
