Join us for our special Winter Sacred Circle event. Here we will be journeying with heart opening ceremonial grade cacao before an expansive breathwork journey. This is our special mid-winter event which occurs once a year, before resuming to our regular women's circles.
Ceremonial grade cacao promotes emotional healing, spiritual growth and heart expansion. This is perfect for all levels. If you have never done breathwork before no worries as I will guide you from start to finish.
These sacred circles are a potent time to release any energy no longer serving you, whilst creating space for new and abundant energies. We will be harnessing the grounding energy of the Capricorn Full Moon to welcome in new opportunities. You will feel relaxed, rejuvenated and connected.
Cacao: Uturunku Ceremonial Cacao (Seleno Health). This sacred plant medicine comes from an indigenous farm in Peru. This cacao is potent in tryptamine (a precursor to DMT) and phenylethylamine (PEA) which significantly increases feelings of intense satisfaction, embodiment and spiritual awakening. It also contains high levels of tryptophan for sensations of joy and happiness.

Our journey begins with white sage, to cleanse our energy and ground us into the earth. This flows into the cacao ceremony where we open our hearts to this sacred plant medicine. The theobromine & PEA in the cacao will stimulate feelings of joy, love and expansion. We flow into a connection exercise and journal prompts, to release anything that is no longer serving us. Followed by an introduction to breathwork and the 30 minute breathwork journey, where you will be supported to release any stress or stagnant energy from the past month, creating space for clarity and bliss. You will remain lying down, letting the healing frequencies wash over you during the meditation. We end the ceremony with an oracle card pull for guidance, an optional share circle and integration tools for you to take home, alongside a free crystal.

I recommend parking on the side streets nearby. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled/go to the bathroom etc, we will begin at 10am.
Avoid eating 2 hours before the session as we will be lying down for the Breathwork and sound journey. If you're hungry before have some fruit or something easy to digest. Wear comfortable clothing.
