Join us for an open forum talk on off season running and winter running with Queen City Staff, Dawn Lundin from Restore Ease Dietetics. and Kari Getschow from Elevate Athletic Training. We will cover topics from safety, injury prevention, route planning, and nutrition. Meet at the shop at 6pm (we will then walk over to the conference room), and get all the info you NEED to get all the miles you WANT out of this upcoming winter!Dress warm for an optional group run to follow at 6:45pm!
