Here's your Invitation to join our intimate circle for a deeply restorative afternoon of soulful sisterhood. This will be a potent 2.5 hour get together, dedicated to slowing down, releasing stress and reconnecting to the warmth & stillness within. Held in the nurturing embrace of Calm Village studio, the glow of the flames in the wood burner will be setting the tone for our gathering 🔥

🌹Rose Elixir Ritual We'll beigin by inviting the energy of Rose into the space in the form of a guided meditation with hot Rose Elixir. The medicine of Rose is revered across the world as a connection to beauty, to the divine. A gentle yet potent activator of the heart's energy.
❣️Embodied Resorative practices Soft movement intended to signal safety to your nervous system, allowing you to release tension from your body and let stress melt away.
👭🏽Sisterhood Simple & sweet connecting exercises with sisters to help you feel into your inner beauty, designed to help each other to shine more brightly.
✨Sound Meditation Immerse yourself in the sounds of the Gong and the vibrations of other instruments, to find deeper relaxation effortlessly. This will support you in grounding all the nourishment of the day into your cells & will help to integrate insights that may have been revealed.
