As the year winds down, give yourself the gift of stillness and renewal. This restorative sound healing practice is designed as a winter retreat for body and mind. Gentle stretches and supported poses invite deep rest while singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks wash over you with soothing vibrations. The practice calms your nervous system, melts away holiday stress, and nourishes you with quiet presence.
Throughout the practice, Carole will move through the room offering one-on-one sound activations with her practitioner’s crystal bowl, and other instruments, creating personalized moments of resonance and renewal.
We conclude with a nourishing SoundScape Savasana, wrapping you in layers of sound and rest.
Space is intentionally limited to create a cozy, retreat-like atmosphere and ensure each participant receives individualized attention.
