"Hi, I'm Charlotte & I run Homestead Herbal in Leek, which is a high street herbal medicine shop, dispensary & clinic. I'm delighted to be invited by Jean to speak at this retreat, where I will be leading you on an hour-long journey of herbs. We will be looking at how we can root in ourselves, our earth and our vision for wellness in 2026, using herb roots as medicine, easily incorporated into a busy schedule. We will explore herbs for kidney and urinary health, focussed around the theme of surrender and release. I deeply look forward to meeting you there."
