Amidst the depth of Winter, treat yourself to this nourishing day retreat. The winter season still invites us to rest deeply, though Spring draws nearer and daylight slowly grows.Come, you belong here. In the warmth of community, immerse yourself in a day of movement, reflection, nutritious food, deep rest and self care led by Evy Koutzas at Heart Space Yoga.
The day will begin with introductions and settling into our space together, then we'll clear out the cobwebs with an energizing yoga practice. Our lunch will offer a selection of homemade, nutritious vegan dishes- sure to delight our bellies! Post lunch practices will focus on slowing down and offering our body and mind a space to release and truly reset.
Yoga mats and props will be provided for our retreat day; however you are welcomed to bring your own mat if you prefer! Dress in clothes in which you feel comfortable moving. Bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated through the day.

12:00pm Energizing Vinyasa Flow (90 minutes)

3:30pm Restorative Yoga + Closing Reflection
