'We are entering into the busiest time of the year for many of us. The shorter days and longer nights can also be an invitation to deep reflection and contemplation, however. We all need to press “pause” on our life from time to time. Maybe it’s time to come home to yourself.
Imagine a day uninterrupted in the beauty of nature, breathing fresh mountain air and spending time in silence in a place where you feel safe, at peace, and finally able to hear your own inner voice.
Why take time for a silent retreat?
Having time in silence, away from distractions has short-term benefits of clarity and deep relaxation. In the long term we can have a better understanding of our thoughts, reduce stress and anxiety and build more resilience which enables us to experience more joy and peace. Perhaps you are in the midst of a life transition. Perhaps you are trying to make some big decisions, grieving, burned out, feeling overturned and unappreciated?

Come explore with us the inner and outer worlds of our experience in a relaxed and beginner friendly environment. You will begin the day with the Rev. Nancy Neal who will provide the right amount of structure and support to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Each participant will have their own touchstone area to rest, write or contemplate while also having access to 100+ acre property to explore including streams, waterfalls and wide-open spaces. At any time during the day that you need to reach out to Nancy she will be on site to answer any questions you may have or if any emotions are arising you need to discuss.
This retreat is limited to a few participants. Bring your own lunch and snacks. We will take care of the rest.
