Santa Paws is coming to town, and he loves all of his furry, feathered, and scaled friends! We're expanding our popular Photos with Santa Paws and this year you'll have the option to have your pet's photo taken with Santa Paws OR in a Winter Wonderland! Our Winter Pet Portrait session will include EITHER a holiday background and a visit with Santa Paws himself, OR a Winter Wonderland background on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 11:00-4:00PM at the Roanoke Valley SPCA! Registration is required to have your pet's photo taken, and appointment times are limited! Our shelter is very small and we have limited lobby space, so we ask that you please remain in your car until approximately 10 minutes before your designated sitting time. Feel free to let doggies walk around the grounds leashed for a potty break prior to your photos. Dogs and animals too large for a carrier must be on a leash and cats and small animals should be kept in a carrier until they are in the room to be photographed. You will receive at least one digital high resolution pet portrait of the photographer's choice for your $35 donation. Please allow one week after photo date for photos to be processed and emailed to you.
