Soft, flowing movement to ease tension and bring you back into your body.

A moment to reflect, sip something comforting and unwind.
🔔 Sound Bath
Crystal & Tibetan bowls to guide you into deep rest and winter stillness.
All held in a cosy, candlelit space with winter greenery, fairy lights and inviting warmth — a little sanctuary away from the rush of the season.
This is a small, intimate gathering with very limited spaces. Ideal for an early pressie!!
