Winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and embrace stillness. In this 4-week meditation series, we will explore a different meditation technique each week, designed to foster inner calm, clarity, and renewal throughout the colder months.Each session will begin with gentle warm-ups to prepare the body, followed by breathwork, a guided meditation, and time for reflection. Meditations will be recorded and emailed to participants after each session, allowing you to practice daily and fully integrate these calming techniques into your routine.
Open to all experience levels, this series is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice or begin a fresh start in the new year.
