About this Event
Winter Lights at The North Carolina Arboretum is Asheville’s must-see walk-through holiday extravaganza, with more than one million lights illuminating the gardens! This year, Winter Lights will feature a new display, "Trolls: A Field Study" by Thomas Dambo, along with exploring our giant flowers, butterflies and mushrooms. Wander among these displays while also enjoying classics like the Tree of Light, the Rocky Cove Railroad, and musical Quilt Garden.
Each year, more than 100,000 guests enjoy the winter tradition of this outdoor, walk-through event, sipping on hot cocoa while finding unique treasures in the expanded, holiday-themed Connections Gift Shop.
Winter Lights 2025 takes place Nov. 15– Jan. 4, 2026. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m.
