Winter Jam OKC 2025 Event Staff

1. Must be at least 16 years old
2. Must arrive by 3:00pm and check in with our volunteer manager on site - **PLEASE** arrive on time & plan for time to park and to find the check-in location.
3. CHECK IN at the Employee Entrance loacted on the EAST side of the arena closest to the Courtyard Hotel and Parking Garage.
4. You must plan to stay until released by your section leader - usually 30-45 minutes after the show ends.
5. Please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes.
6. You will get into the venue at no charge, but food and parking are not included.
7. Our team will assign positions which include: Merchandising, Door Entry, Sorting Room and more! While we would love for everyone to be in their dream position, please come with a servant's heart and be willing to help where needed.
8. Our team will work hard to ensure you get to see as much of the show as possible, but please remember you are on site to help make the event a success. Seating is not guaranteed in the arena for event staff.
9. If needed, any other changes or notifications will be emailed to you.
