Winter Jam is just around the corner and we are looking for volunteers!
We are very excited to be back in KNOXVILLE and are looking forward to seeing what the Lord has planned this year!
If you would like to join our team for a behind the scenes experience of Winter Jam, please read all the information below and Register to Volunteer in a Work Area. Volunteer Work Areas may have some restrictions based on age, so before you sign-up be sure to read the full description on the area you want to work. Please understand, Volunteers must be flexible, you may be asked to work another area based on our volunteer need, as we often have people not show or unable to volunteer at last minute and may have to shift our volunteers around.
When signing up all volunteers must provide their cell phone number in order for me to contact you with event instructions/confirm your volunteer spot prior to the event and on the day of the show. If you do not provide a working cell phone number when you register, your volunteer spot will be deleted and you will need to register again with correct information.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SIGN-UP TO VOLUNTEER
Volunteers Responsibilities & Expectations
Volunteers must be 16 years old or older, responsible, flexible, and have a servant’s heart.
Children 10-15 may ONLY volunteer when accompanied by an adult volunteer, must have one adult per child and may not conduct cas transactions.
No children under 10 years old are allowed to volunteers or enter the building early.
Volunteers must Be On Time. – Volunteer Arrival is at 3:00pm unless specified differently at sign-up
Volunteers must be willing to commit for the entire evening.
Seeing the entire show is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to rotate volunteers to see parts of the show.
Eat before concert or bring money to eat there prior to the event or during breaks. Concession is available.
Volunteer parking is most convenient and parking garage G 10. Depending on the day of event parking should be expected.
All volunteers will need to check in between 2 PM and 3 PM at the Volunteer entrance, which is at the base of garage G 10 in the Thompson Boling Arena media entrance.
MUST present ID upon arrival
