🍄Kennett Square Mushroom Tart | roasted cremini, shiitake, oyster & maitake mushrooms, whipped goat cheese, fried shallots, house made pastry, truffle-chive oil
🥗Winter Citrus & Arugula Salad | shaved red onion, parmesan touille, asian pear, pomegranate seeds, orange-ginger dressing
🍖Cider Brined Pork Tenderloin | vanilla spiced sweet potato puree, honey roasted apple, walnut & parsnip hash, cranberry-balsamic glaze
🍫Mascarpone Spring Rolls | sweet sponge cookie, candied pecans, raspberry sorbet, chocolate ganache
