Our event is entirely participant and volunteer run, meaning everyone buys a ticket and co-creates this magical experience together. It’s a beautiful, family-friendly environment where we aim to build a transformative space that brings our community closer.

TICKETS

All tickets — adult, teen, and child — have a base price, with an option to contribute a little extra with our pay-what-you-can tickets. Additional contributions help support both youth/family subsidized tickets and adult subsidized tickets, making the gathering accessible to more community members.
Sustainer Ticket: $550. This is the regular ticket price for the event. If you’re able, you’re invited to pay above the minimum. Every dollar beyond $550 supports subsidized access for others.
Abundance Ticket: $650. By purchasing this ticket, you are helping to subsidize the cost for another participant who needs it. And, any amount you feel inspired to give beyond $650 further nurtures community accessibility and helps Winter Intention thrive. Your generosity carries the spirit of abundance, flowing through and uplifting the collective.
Subsidized Ticket: $330. This reduced-price ticket is made possible by contributions from community members who are able to pay more. It is heavily subsidized and intended for those who absolutely need extra financial help in order to attend. A limited number of these tickets are available, and if they run out, there will be a waitlist.
If you need a subsidized ticket: email [email protected] after 7pm on Nov 2nd. Any emails with a timestamp before that will be ignored. We will answer the emails in the order that they arrive, until all subsidized tickets are gone.
We rely on the integrity of our community members to request a subsidized ticket only when it's truly necessary to afford the event. We trust that those who can afford the full price will refrain from taking advantage of the subsidy. Please do not request a link/subsidy until you are actually ready to purchase your ticket. Requesting a subsidized ticket implies that you have the resources to actually purchase the ticket within 48 hours.
Youth tickets: $100 for ages 5-10, $200 for teens (11-17). Kids under 5 are free.
Each ticket includes 3 nights of indoor lodging, 3 excellent customized and catered meals per day, and all workshops and other entertainment.
We invite you to be part of the whole experience, to sink into the rhythm of the forest and music, share meals with new friends, and co-create the magic that unfolds when we spend three intentional days together. A very limited number of one-night tickets may become available closer to the event for CelebratioNight (December 30th). These tickets will cost $150, and are intended for those who are unable to attend the full gathering.

CO-CREATION
Co-creation is a core value of Intention, similar to Burning Man and other like-minded communities that we are connected to. This means we all come together to make this non-profit event happen. We ask that participants contribute by signing up for four hours (or more!) of volunteer shifts.
Contributions may include welcoming people at the gate, helping with decor, being a calm presence at peer support, or helping to make sure we leave the venue as beautiful as it was when we arrived. You can choose which parts of the event you feel called to support.
If you’re an artisan or just want to support artisans in our community, you could lead our Artisan Market. Let us know if you’re interested at [email protected]! We’ll only have an Artisan Market if someone steps up to lead it.
