About this Event
This special event will offer a nurturing space for you to gently awaken from winter's hibernation and reconnect with your inner self through heartwarming practices.
Experience the soothing blend of yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, a heart-opening cacao circle, and guided creative writing and drawing, emphasizing emotional expression over perfection, with space for connection and sharing. This welcoming atmosphere will be cozy and reflective with dim lighting, candles, warm cacao and the invitation to wear fuzzy socks and bring your own pillows and blankets. Embrace the invitation to reflect, heal, and tap into inner clarity and quiet creativity.
This evening is designed to help you feel deeply supported and inspired as you move into 2025, it will be held on January 11th (1/11) which is also a sacred time, according to numerology and various religious beliefs, to anchor in spiritual support. Join us for an experience that goes beyond resolutions—a journey to cultivate authentic inner peace, joy, and connection in the New Year.
What wants to be expressed through you in 2025? This New Year experience will focus on gentle forms of expression for emotional healing, inner clarity, and joyful community connection, as winter is a time to dive deeply inward and remember the warm inspiration that can be cultivated from within.
If you are looking to kick off 2025 leaning into inner creativity rather than outward productivity, this space is for you.
