Tournaments are a great way to increase your child's self esteem and confidence. If they can get up in front of strangers and compete, just think how easy it will be to get up in front of their class and give a speech.This is a great way of adding to the positive experience your child is getting from martial arts. I ask that all of our students compete at this tournament as a way of growing, experiencing new things and as a step in their maturing. - sbn
