Join us for our Winter Herbal Tea Workshop with Sandi Clark and discover the rich history and wellness benefits of herbal teas. Sandi will share insights into the most popular herbs used in teas today, exploring their unique properties and how they can be combined to create flavorful blends. Participants will learn how to craft their own herbal tea blends using common garden herbs and will have the opportunity to design a personalized tea blend, complete with a take-home tea bag. Enjoy sampling a variety of hot and cold herbal teas during this hands-on and interactive workshop!
Registration closes on 1.10.2025 and the inclement weather date is Sunday, January 19th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
About our Instructor
Sandi Clark is an Advanced Master Gardener, member of Midwest Michigan Herb Associates, and past member of Michigan Herb Associates. Sandi resides in Interlochen and volunteers at the Botanic Garden and The Friendly Garden Club of Traverse City.
